TMS RUGE.
TMS Ruge is a Ugandan entrepreneur, writer and ecosystem builder working from Kampala and Masindi. He builds ventures that keep value — and the narrative — on the continent.
He co-founded Hive Colab, Uganda's first innovation hub; farms and processes organic moringa at Raintree Farms; and has mentored more than 250 founders, a practice now distilled into The Founder's Sprint. His writing on aid, agency and African self-determination has run in The New York Times, NPR, The Guardian and beyond.
In 2012 the White House named him a Champion of Change. He still holds Uganda’s national records in the decathlon, high jump and pole vault. Most mornings you'll find him on a trail — the mountains are where the essays start.
